Only limited quantities are available Malcolm Durham started drag racing in the late 1950's and he was synonymous with record setting Chevrolet products, the most noteworthy which included a rather potent 1963 Z-11 Impala. However, the car that really put Malcolm Durham on the map was his Strip Blazer III. a 1965 Chevelle, one of the eastern seaboard's quickest and fastest match race cars. For two years this car raced up and down the east coast and gained quite a following with it's wheel stand antics and rosin burning starting line rituals. Powered by a Rat 427, engine it ran in the low 10's and 138 mph. Malcolm and his two son's are still active in drag racing and run the family business-Supercar engineering in washington DC
