Condition: This is a no-serial number sample of a limited edition run of 250.  Sent to Myron at JSS Software for review by Brian at West Coast Precision. This model was available to those that purchased the complete set of 1964 Impala's from WCPD. It is mint in the box.  The black finish is more than acceptable.  It doesn't have humidity paint rash from improper storage but rather surface prep. IE: They could've used more primer.  I've seen a lot of worse from West Coast but keep in mind you are paying a premium for the providence.
