 There is mild paint rash mostly on roof & trunk, less on hood. Sides are clean

 (rash is common on this model).

You can polish this mild rash out if it bothers you that much, in my opinion leave it as is, you can't see it without a magnifying glass.

Average eBay selling price is about $120 WITH MAJOR RASH AND NO BOX.

 In 33 years of selling Franklin Mint diecast, I've never seen a totally rash free C402 Black 1955 Caddy.
