- Because of an increase in international credit card fraud, the following
changes are in effect.

In addition to your credit card number, we now
require the 3-digit (Visa-MC) or 4 digit (American Express) security number on the back of the
card, usually found on the signature strip. You
may enter this number in the comment field.

We require the card holders phone number, fax number
or email
address where we can confirm that you are the owner of the credit
card. Your signature, along with
a copy of your credit card faxed to us may also be required.

Billing address and shipping address must match. WE
WILL NOT DROP SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS.

All international credit card approvals are
now done by phone with Visa/Mastercard/AMX/Discover Merchant Services. We no
longer use our automated order entry program for approvals. This may result
in a higher number of rejections because of issues other than stolen cards (ie;
over limit, temporary holds and other cardholder issues.) Be sure your card is in good
standing before you submit it to us. Merchant Service rejections
automatically cancels your order and puts a restriction on your account.
